Q: How much does it cost to stay?
A: Our direct booking rates are ₱1,300 per night for a Queen room and ₱3,800 per night for a Duplex unit (sleeps 4). Book both Duplex units for ₱7,600 per night.
Q: Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
A: Yes. Stay 7 nights or more and save 10%. Staying a month or longer? Message us for our monthly rates, which come with an even bigger discount.
Q: Is the WiFi good enough to work remotely?
A: We have fast free WiFi across the property, and guests rate it 10/10. Internet across the island can occasionally drop out, so it's worth having a backup. Globe mobile coverage is good here.
Q: Are you on the beach?
A: Not quite. We're a short walk from the nearest beach and about 10 minutes on foot from Cloud 9.
Q: Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
A: The Duplex Units each have their own private bathroom. The Queen rooms share a bathroom, and each bathroom is shared between just two rooms.
Q: Can I cook?
A: Yes. The Queen rooms share a fully equipped kitchen with plates, cutlery and cookware. Each Duplex Unit has its own private kitchen. There are also BBQ facilities in the garden.
Q: Can I get twin beds?
A: Yes. Queen rooms can be set up as two twin beds on request. Just mention it when you enquire.
Q: Do you offer airport transfers or tours?
A: We don't have our own vehicle, but we're happy to arrange an airport transfer for you and recommend trusted tour operators. We're accommodation only, so meals, breakfast and tours aren't included.
Q: Can I rent a scooter?
A: Yes. We can organise a scooter rental with local owners. Rates are ₱500 for 1 day, ₱400 for 2 days, or 350 for 3 days or more. Bikes with board racks are ₱50 more per day. We organise the rental only; any issues with the scooter are resolved directly with the owner.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Arriving later? Message us in advance and Ate Arlene will arrange check-in (WhatsApp +63 929 179 4506).
Q: Can I check in early?
A: It depends on when the previous guests leave (they have until 11:00). Let us know your arrival time and we'll do our best. We can store your luggage in the meantime.
Q: Is there parking?
A: There's a dedicated area for scooters, motorbikes and bikes. There's no car parking on site.
Q: Are children welcome?
A: Yes, children of all ages are welcome. The Queen rooms sleep 2 and each Duplex Unit sleeps 4, and we can't add extra beds or cots, so please choose a room that fits your group.
Q: How many people can you host?
A: Up to 16 across the whole property: 2 in each of the four Queen rooms and 4 in each Duplex Unit. Booking both Duplex Units sleeps 8.
Q: How do I book and pay?
A: Send us an enquiry or WhatsApp message with your dates. We'll confirm availability and send you a quote. Payment details are on the Enquire page.
Q: I saw you on Booking.com as a "Two-Bedroom House". Is that the same thing?
A: Yes. That's one of our Duplex Units.
